How many days has it been since your last regimental promotion?
115 days.
What is your activity on a weekly basis?
I am on the server on average 8 hours everyday

What are some key additions and/or changes you have contributed to your regiment?
As of current I haven't had the opportunity to make large changes or additions to the regiment. The closest thing I've contributed is being the main recruiter for new Security Members.
What plans do you have for your regiment should you receive a promotion to regimental commander?
Changes to jail time:
As of current Jail times range widely, some more serious crimes having much shorter sentences than others, for example attempted murder is only a 10 minute brig sentence while going AWOL is over double that at 25 minutes. My first act as security commander would be going through every arrest reason and updating them to more appropriate numbers.
Security Incentives Program:
This was discussed a while back in security to try and create more of an appeal for Security, I've come up with a rough outline for my version of the program. Every security trooper who joins and mains the battalion will receive gear and weapons to aid them in their duties. Also at the end of every month based on feedback from other command members of other battalions one trooper who preforms the best will be rewarded with high tier and rare items as well as crystals. This would be only available to players who main security.
Anti Spice Task Force:
With the massive rise in spice production we'll need to create a group dedicated to stopping the growing of spice. This group will be made of the most active and resourceful members of security to help crack down on the spice outbreak. They would monitor out going patrols and keep an eye out on the drug dealing npcs on the map.
Cross battalion trainings and relations:
Finally I would work on organizing trainings with other battalions to keep our fighting skills sharp and to improve Security's relation with other battalions.
Why do you feel your battalion needs you in the position of Commander?
Security is currently one of the two most lacking in activity, I want to step in to turn this around. A second commander would benefit Security greatly as Reker is often busy with irl stuff and Server Manager duties which has led him to not be around in security as much. I think I can help fill the gap to get Security and it numbers up.
